Rules:
1. Respect Staff – Our staff members are volunteers who help maintain the community. Please respect their decisions. If you have concerns, use the appropriate Discord channels to appeal or discuss.
2. Honesty with Staff – Lying, misleading, or deceiving staff to avoid punishment or falsely accuse others is not allowed.
3. False Accusations – Making false or defamatory claims about other players or staff is prohibited.
4. Toxic Behavior – Excessive swearing, insults, or demeaning language, whether directed at others or not, will not be tolerated.
5. Threats & Encouragement of Harm – Any threats or encouragement of self-harm or harm to others are strictly prohibited.
6. Threatening Legal Action – Using legal threats against other players or the server is not allowed.
7. Spamming & Chat Abuse - Spamming is defined as sending unsolicited messages for example but not limited to:
- Sending five or more messages in quick succession.
- Overusing capital letters.
- Flooding chat with ten or more identical or random characters.
- Encouraging others to spam.
- Spamming commands.
8. Inappropriate Content– Content related to illegal activities, drugs, sexual themes, or anything deemed inappropriate (18+) is not allowed. This applies to:
- Chat messages, links, builds, items, skins, usernames, and nicknames.
9. Hate Speech & Discriminatory Language – Any slurs, offensive language, or derogatory remarks based on gender, race, disability, or other protected characteristics are strictly forbidden, including altered spellings or abbreviations.
10. Unapproved Advertising– Promoting unrelated content or external servers is prohibited.
- Allowed advertisements: Player warps, shops, events, and ShipwreckMC/Minecraft-related content.
11. Advertising in Public Spaces – Renaming items for promotional purposes and placing them in public areas is not allowed.
12. Malicious or Harmful Links – Posting links that lead to inappropriate, harmful, or dangerous content is strictly forbidden.
13. Protect Your Personal Information – Do not share private details such as addresses, phone numbers, or real names.
14. DDoS Threats or Attacks – Threatening or carrying out DDoS attacks is strictly forbidden.
15. Doxxing – Sharing or threatening to share someone’s personal information without their consent is prohibited.
16. Impersonation – Pretending to be another player, staff member, or the server (e.g., using /nick to mimic others) is not allowed.
17. Unfair Gameplay Advantages – The use of auto-clickers, macros, fast place, or printer functions to gain an advantage is prohibited.
18. Disallowed Clients– Hacked clients are not allowed. If unsure, open a support ticket on our Discord.
19. Client Modifications – While some modified clients are supported, we do not maintain an official list of approved modifications at this time.

Gameplay Rules:
20. Evading Punishments – Avoiding mutes or bans by using alternate accounts, signs, or commands is not allowed.
21. Scamming – Engaging in fraudulent trades or dishonest interactions is strictly prohibited.
22. Exploiting Bugs & Glitches – Using unintended game mechanics (e.g., block glitching, escaping map boundaries) is not allowed. Report bugs via Discord.
23. Unfair Playstyles – Examples include:
- Using alternate accounts to claim rewards.
- Exploiting game mechanics for personal gain.
24. Griefing & Stealing – Destroying, altering, or taking items from builds without consent is prohibited (except in Factions).
25. Staff Access to Claims – Staff must have access to claims for moderation and enforcement purposes.
26. Blocking Claim Expansion – Preventing others from expanding their claims by intentionally restricting land use is prohibited.
27. Claim Trespassing – Repeatedly entering private claims without permission is not allowed.
29. Soliciting & Paid Services – Promoting referral codes, affiliate links, or paid services outside of the official webstore is prohibited.
30. Real-World Trading (IRL Deals) – Trading in-game items or currency for real money or external services outside of the webstore is not allowed.
31. Chargebacks & Payment Fraud – Performing, encouraging, or threatening chargebacks is not allowed.
32. Lag Machines – Creating builds that intentionally cause lag or crash the server is not allowed.
33. Duplication Exploits – Duping (Duplicating) items or currency in any way is strictly prohibited.
34. Misuse of Support Services – Abusing /helpop, support tickets, or staff assistance will not be tolerated.
35. Player Reports – Reports must include clear evidence and be submitted within one month (30 Days) of the incident. Some cases may be reviewed beyond this period at a manager’s discretion.
These rules can be edited at anytime without notification. It is the users responsibility to keep up to date with any changes.
